The Guest Historian at One Ocean Resort & Spa eagerly makes each stay as personal as possible. By contacting every guest prior to their arrival, the Guest Historian has a selection of favorite snacks and beverages waiting in the room upon arrival, the morning newspaper of choice delivered and even knows the name of all vacationing children and pets.
With all the details taken care of, visitors enjoy seamless check-in and completely bypass the front desk. Without wasting one moment of precious vacation time, a personal Docent greets guests by their names and escorts them down the gallery-lit halls to their room. Throughout your stay, Docents take care of every need - packing and unpacking items, steaming garments, booking tee times, providing insider tips on the best attractions and restaurants and enrolling children for activities at the Sea Turtle Kids Club.
