"One Ocean was fantastic. I've stayed at many, many, many Hotels in my career. One Ocean is special. The Beach, the renovated Hotel, but most importantly...the staff. From the moment of check-in to check-out we we're accommodated like no where else. The Docent service, room service, beach service was all fabulous. One anecdote: we wanted to try some garlic blue crabs on our Atlantic ocean weekend getaway trip. We asked our Docent about where we could go, she had 2 suggestions and 2 google maps in our room almost immediately. Well, we picked one of them that was a "take-out" only place. But, the crabs were cold. We asked for help from our Docent to get us a way to heat them up and eat them in our room. Well, they brought us a microwave, plates, and crab crackers and we had a fantastic dinner in our room with those crabs ( we also ordered Drinks and Dessert from Room service) Anyway, the trip was fantastic and we will return. One Ocean is a gem."

The service was excellent. There was a young man that restocked our beverages who was very nice,. I want to recognize Stanley for his putting up with us. I didn't have any cash with me at the time to give him a tip, it's not that he was expecting the tip my husband and I just wanted to give it to him. All of the services were excellent. Your hotel is 5 stars. We will definitely return. I really love the One touch service call button. The valet did a wonderful job, we didn't have to wait on our truck, the valet service had the truck waiting on us. Ok, I am babbling but the service was GREAT!!!!!!

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Entire trip was incredible. Docent Alexandra Gisetti is a gift to guests and should be commended for it. Spa staff along with pool staff were amazing, helpful and very attentive. Thank you all Ocean One Resort Staff!!

We brought our daughter with us on this trip and it was great! The staff set up a real crib in our room not just a pack n play and they gave her a blanket to use too. We also had a basket of baby items in case we forgot anything. Having the drying rack was a big plus!! We will be back to stay at One Ocean for sure!

The resort and rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The view was spectacular. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend it to my friends, especially those couples who might be looking for a nice getaway. We had a great time and I am looking forward to going back with my husband and taking advantage of the spa.

To quote my 7-year-old daughter, "We loved it!" Really though, I was very impressed. I have been a guest at many hotels in the Jacksonville area and across the U.S. I stayed there when it was the Sea Turtle a few times...and had the pleasure (honestly it was a pleasure) to stay in August of 2007 while the transformation was taking place. I was extremely excited when I saw the final product! My children and I spent 5 nights in the hotel and wished that we could have changed our flight for "just one more day." They spent time in the Sea Turtle's kids' Club with Justin and Merritt and really enjoyed it. I also would like to mention Axel, Debra, Emily, and I wish I could remember the names of everyone that I came in contact with! I was truly impressed with each and every hotel employee that I had the pleasure of meeting. It was fabulous, and I will certainly pass along my very positive opinion of the hotel.

"We were guest for just one night, 5/17. We were very impressed with the new renovation! We stayed at the old Sea Turtle a few times. It is so nice to see a first rate resort at the beach. Although we live here in Jacksonville, I am ashamed to admit that we do not take advantage of the beach as much as we should. I am afraid now we do not have an excuse!

All of your staff were first class. Everyone was very attentive and most helpful.

We had a very nice breakfast. Again, the service was wonderful. Your coffee is exceptional and the breakfast menu had a nice variety.

We booked a room for our daughter and her husband to celebrate their 8th anniversary later this month (31st) . Angie (I think was her name) was very helpful. I wanted to fill out a positive guest comment card before we left, but there were not any at the front desk, so I made a point to email a comment.

We will definitely recommend this resort and hope to visit again very soon!"
