Desk staff was very receptive

The Valet promptly met us at our car. The porter was barely a step behind waiting to receive our bags and he knew our hotel number before we did. Desk staff was very receptive and was enthusiastic to check us in. The porter handled out luggage with care an ensured we needed nothing further when he left. There was a malfunction with out key card when entering the room at first, but the maintenance man was there within a few minutes and was no hassle at all. The room was gorgeous. We were very pleased with the decor. The bed was amazingly comfortable and was a true home away from home. The only malfunction we had was with the door, but it was attended to promptly. We never even saw the Housekeeping staff, but it was obvious they were very good at their position. The room was lovely, and clean. Fantastic Attention to detail. Arriving late to our hotel we requested a late night dinner reservation. My dress was wrinkled and I called to request an ironing board. The Docent promptly brought a board and iron to my room and then asked "Why would you work on your vacation? We can steam your dress for you." He took my dress on the spot and returned in within 20 minutes, perfectly pressed. Far and Away the best restaurant we have ever been to! As very picky patrons we were delighted to find a 5 course meal with wine pairings. The Food was the best we have ever had and the wine flights were prompt and well selected. The Chef came to talk with us and ask if we had any questions about the menu. We requested a private menu for the next night also with wine pairings. They hit it out of the ball park again. A very different style of cuisine, but just as delicious. The chef sent staff to us immediately so we could make reservations for the second night. We requested to be called by our first names only and the entire staff obliged on the second night. A detail that we greatly appreciated.
Well will most definitely return and bring an entire entourage.

Can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming all of the staff were - from the moment we got to the front door until through check-in and getting to our room. Barb helped us get some answers about the rooms and based on her involvement we ended up booking at 2nd night.
Housekeeping staff were great. We had one small request and it seemed that they couldn't do enough to help us.
We have already recommended to several people - and look forward to an opportunity to return. Hopefully for more than 2 nights!

My massage therapist was simply amazing. I apologize that I don't remember her name, I believe it was Tricia or Tracy. She made me feel so comfortable and her attention to detail was outstanding. One of the best spa experiences I've ever had. Thank you!
Incredible service. Loved the docent services and thank you for the wine and cheese plate for my birthday! What a gorgeous touch! I loved the bath products and shower heads! haha. I would recommend and stay again! Thank you!
