Overall Rating: 4 Location: Rooms: Service: Value: Cleanliness:	Pros:  Friendly staff and reasonable prices for an ocean front resort. Cons:  None that I experienced. Recently stayed (Dec 0f 20011). The newly renovated resort is just beautiful. Very elegant in appearance and still relaxing like a beach resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants within walking distance and of course the beach is right at your door. Try the hotel restaurant. Great food and wonderful atmosphere. If you are a local its a great place to take a date! I would definitely stay again and suggest you give it try.

We just recently booked our second stay at One Ocean, and we have plans of this hotel being the place we stay while in Florida.

Overall Rating: 5 Location: Rooms: Service: Value: Cleanliness:	Pros:  Customer Service, cleanliness, decor. Cons:  None. My mother, daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in town on buisness. The hotel is right on the beach with a nice pool and deck area on the beach. The hotel itself is very well decorated. The major benefit of this hotel is the customer service. They happily fulfilled anything we asked. The minibar and fridge (which was included in the resort fee--very reasonably priced) was stocked with snacks and drinks, our room was tidied and the wave machine turned on every time we left the room. I would stay at this hotel anytime that I return to Jacksonville and would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone with or without kids. They were very accomodating to my daughter as well.

Overall Rating: 4 Location: Rooms: Service: Value: Cleanliness:	Pros:  Super awesome Service, Fun, trendy. Cons:  small bathrooms The Hotel and service staff are Top of the line. I did not really have high expectations when my boyfriend wanted to go there. We were trying to escape the rain that has been spreading all over Florida. I have travelled all over the world and frankly wished there were more Hotels that resemble the excellent service that this Hotel provides to their guests. I highly recommend having dinner in the Hotel Restaurant. It was amazing!!! There are other Bars and Restaurant in walking distance and great shopping about 15 min away from the Hotel. Unfortunatly, I did not get the opportunity to visit the spa, but I can gurantee you that I am sure it is just as excellent as everything else this little Gem provides.

Cons:  Small bathrooms I stayed at the One Ocean Resort this past weekend for a bachelorette party. We had the best time! The staff was AMAZING and treated us like royalty. I never wanted to for anything! Ask and we received. The rooms were beautifully decorated and were very comfortable. I will certainly be back to this resort!

Overall Rating: 5 Location: Rooms: Service: Value: Cleanliness:	Pros:  Unique dining experience. Varied menu well prepared. Cons:  Table was long way from the front door for a 95 year old. Chef Jose is a wizard. The staff creates special dining experiences. Our first time was to celebrate a 95th birthday. Our second time was with some friends down from Michigan. Both times were extremely memorable. Menu changed but quality and flavor were extraordinary. Save room for deserts and cordials. Tess was superb at the door

Overall Rating: 5 Location: Rooms: Service: Value: Cleanliness:	Pros:  Beautiful, relaxing, wonderful staff. Cons:  The Valet gentleman was a little rude, but the hotel staff made up for it! This place was absolutely amazing. There is a $25/day resort fee, but that offers so much! I want to give a special thanks to my Docent, Curt. He made the trip especially great for me. Best place to go unwind. Spa services were wonderful as well!
